Meet Ferline Bridgewater Thomas - DNA Candidate for change in East Grand Bahama

Biography

 Ferline A. Bridgewater-Thomas was born in Bevans Town, East End Grand Bahama to Mr. and Mrs. Prince Bridgewater.  She is married to Anthony Thomas and together they have a daughter, Trevara. 

 
Ferline holds a Bachelor of Law Degree LLB (HONS) from The University of Buckingham, UK as well as a Post Graduate Degree in Legal Practice (LPC) from Oxford Institute of Legal Practice/Oxford University, UK. She also obtained a Business Degree from the College of The Bahamas and is a graduate of the then Freeport Anglican High School.  Ferline is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn and the Law Society of England and Wales.
 
A member of the Rotary Club of Lucaya, Amnesty International and the Heart Foundation in the UK; Ferline is also a former part-time Law lecturer at Success Training College-Freeport campus.
 
Ferline is a member of BFM International and a youth advisor.  She is a past Youth Advisor and Vestry board member of St. Nicholas Anglican Parish in High Rock.
