Vote YES for Real Change

Salutations: Protocol already established I’d like to welcome you all to GROUND ZERO! Let this be a clear message to all of the Nay Sayers, the Critics, the Political Pundits and Mischief Makers that the Democratic National Alliance is here to stay!
Since the DNA’s formation in 2012, we have been hard at work. While the government has been wasting its time in governance, the DNA has been putting together concrete plans that will move this country forward.
While members of the official opposition have been busy fighting amongst themselves, the DNA has been keeping this government’s feet to the fire on National Issues; From Environmental Stewardship to Economic and Energy Reforms the DNA has developed and is continuing to develop plans that make sense for a 21st century Bahamas.
Ladies and Gentlemen very soon, the electorate in this country will have the opportunity to change the course of the country’s history. Now so more than ever for the young people of our country. The DNA has since its inception been an organization built upon the ideals of the new generation of Bahamians. Bahamians who are college educated, talented, hardworking enterprising young men and women who are no longer prepared to simply stand by and watch others make the decisions which will impact them.
The new generation of Bahamian is fearless, unapologetic and READY FOR CHANGE. In recent years the Bahamas has been governed using the model crafted by the country’s founding fathers more than 50 years ago. That model served its purpose, and we are grateful however what Bahamians want now is a new direction. New ideas and New Leaders.
THE DNA today has unveiled first of its crop of determined, focused agents of change who are ready to offer themselves in service to the betterment of our beautiful country. The question is are you, the voting public READY FOR CHANGE?!
To quote the Irish Playwright George Bernard Shaw: Progress is impossible without change and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything. You see ANY CHANGE, REAL CHANGE, CHANGE THAT WILL CHANGE THE COURSE OF THIS COUNTRY’S FUTURE cannot happen without you.
It won’t matter how many excellent candidates we put forth or how convincingly they can speak. Change will only come if we as a nation are able to change our collective thought process. Instead of upholding the status quo I challenge each and every one of you to USE YOUR VOTE & SAY YES to CHANGE!
In 2017 I encourage you to VOTE YES! Yes to governance that works. YES to fresh 21st century ideas. YES to true accountability in governance. YES to an administration committed to honoring the WILL OF THE PEOPLE! VOTE YES TO THE DNA AND VOTE FOR THE KIND OF CHANGE WE CAN ALL BELIEVE IN.
The future of our Bahamaland depends on your willingness to EMBRACE CHANGE! It won’t be easy. But I’m here to remind you that nothing worth having comes easy. The time to take back our country is NOW! The time for CHANGE is NOW! The time to VOTE YES is NOW! The TIME TO GO GREEN IS NOW!
